This same former prison officer turned lawyer (Solomon Dalung) had told international sports journalists in RIO, that athletes don't need to train before they can win medals.
There is nothing left to hear again.

This Dalung guy is a mistake of the millenium. always saying rubbish! i think would-be ministers should be going for psychiatric test before being swron into office.
