I have done almost everything except connecting via WIFI. (I got none around) I have uninstalled and now this. THIS IS MY Work line and this has been happening since yesterday please how do I rectify this. Everything works fine on my phone except this. I use a camon c9

i used to have the problem untill i updayed the whatsapp to the latest version so update the watsapp.... me also have proplem. if i wanna sendpics in whatsapp, the tin will just be turning for eva i have also uninstall, updated, use wifi, bought extra data but the problem happening...any suggestions. |

Zidjay: Unfortunately I think the latest update broke whatsapp on some devices. My whatsapp is also not opening (it just crashes on launch). I have sent numerous crash reports. I have downloaded loads of whatsapp apk files + directly from playstore, no luck. I am hoping that the next update might fix this bug..... |

Try using a normal sub such as 100naira daily plan. Use it on a sim u dat has no Internet subscription. If symptoms persist lemme knw so i try orda ways. |

I did a FACTORY RESET on my phone and it worked! I lost some informations though, but I am relived. So if you're trying this, back up your info and do a FACTORY RESET from the settings. |
