When Biafra comes, there would a be strict law that wl even make public offices less attractive, even those that occupied it won't even have such thought .Public officers must be patriotic Biafrans who re willing to contribute their own quota for betterment of the country not Nigeria where people scramble for public offices for their own egocentric benefit.
