Abia Governor spends 1billion NAIRA to impeach speaker as workers starve to death over non payment of salaries

Emerging reports indicate that the ABIA state Governor Mr Okezie Ikpeazu spend a whooping amount of 1 billion naira to remove the speaker of Abia state house of assembly Hon Martins Azubuike from office.

Speaking to the newsmen, the aid of the removed speaker maintained that Hon. Martins Azubuike remains the speaker as the he cannot be removed through an absurd legislative process that is unprecedented in the history of democracy the world over. He wondered how the speaker can be impeached in the absence of the Mace and without any impeachment notice or chance to defend himself if there are allegations against him. He maintained that in the absence of the mace, the hallowed chamber is a hotel conference room and issues of law cannot be decided in such atmosphere of chaos.

He begged the supporters of the Speaker to remain calm even as his boss is being victimized because he does not want to be reckless in signing 2017 appropriations.
He is being victimized because he stood up to stop looters from looting our common wealth.

We saw it in 2016, Abia State was turned to a pariah state that is yet to clear June 2016 salaries and the workers starving to death during this 2016 Xmas and the new year celebrations as a result of non payment of their salaries and pensions despite all the allocations and improved internally generated revenue.

As much as I don't support the shambolic impeachment of the Abia state speaker . it serves no purpose to generate bogus unverifiable figures to butress a point.
