I once heard a journalist say that in his kids elementary school [in the U.S], they are assigned to read at least 6 books during there summer vacation and I was stunned because I never heard anything like this before. This leads me to my topic of today, do you read books and what was your favorite book of the year?

My favorite book so far was 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell and even though I am not finished yet, I find it to be a highly fascinating book
