Summary
Ouattara connived with Chirac in 2002 and Sarkozy in 2010 - 2011 to hire mercenaries mainly from Ecowas countries to attack the government of President Gbagbo.Rebels did not desarm in 2010 still the .UN, the E.U and Obama along with ECOWAS pressured Gbagbo
to let the presidential election go ahead
despite the rebels controlling the whole northern part of the country.

Ouattara promised to reward each mercenary with an Ivorian citizenship, 10 million US dollars and a French style Villa, should they help him oust Gbagbo. The number of those hired- to- kill is more than 15000

Gbagbo ' s palace was bombed by UN forces, Ecowas and French military forces in 2011. He was captured and handed over to Ouattara forces. Today he is in jail at the Hague.

Six years after the end of the war ended ouattara has yet to deliver . That is why those rebel soldiers are asking for their rewards. They are even more upset by the size of Ouattara,'s new big government because he said he did not have enough money but curiously he created a Senate in Cote d' Ivoire and a Vice president position.Note : Cote d' Ivoire never had a Senate (a body what is seen out there as a wasteful government spending)
Conclusion? rebel leader and war criminal Ouattara is on trouble. He lied for years and years and niw his chickens are coming home to roost..

Gbagbos arrest, the bombing of his presidential mansion, the triumph of the rebels, the killing of Gadaffi are some of the events that were supervised by the west under the leadership of Obama. Obama divided Africa along francophone and anglophone lines , allowing the British and the french to run haywire.. Gbagbo has got nothing to do ion the Hague. Those who got him there didn't do so in the interest of Africa, they did so to humiliate African leaders and frighten the strong-headed ones in order to force them in line to accept endless western imperialism.
