The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli, on Monday, received the Consular General of the United State Embassy, Mr. John Bray and his team at his palace. Larry Awani made the visit of the consular and his entourage public via the pictures he shared on his Facebook page hours ago.

The reason for the US envoy visit is yet to be made public, but it reported that the envoy and the Olu of Warri, as well as his high ranking chiefs were in a closed door meeting.

Warri need foreign investment. Since Shell left Warri for Port Harcourt the economy of Warri went down with it. It is common to see graduates ( those with Bsc, HND, WAEC, NCE, Trade Test etc ) driving Keke to eke out a living.

There is virtually no company in Warri that is recruiting job seeker for a gainful employment.

There is no youth restiveness in Warri. No violent activities exist it is just the media that is propagating all this false information.

Warri strongly need foreign investment to kick start the business economy of Delta state given it strategics position in Nigeria as an hub of the oil and gas industries.
