Imagine,so after you've caught her redhanded ,you still decided to charge her? That's not fair at all.Just collect your money and let her go with that stigma. It's obvious, recession drove her into thinking of this kind of livelihood.

Seun and lalasticlala, this op is fond of CTRLing C and Ving negative news that seems to paint either a tribe or religion in a bad light. This makes Nairaland resemble all those cheap sites that post ridiculous stories "Man having sex with snail", "Mercy johnson in alleged scandal".
Go through the op's topics and find stories that are better reserved in a small box in the middle page of a local newspaper.
why don't you post yours ITK?? undecided undecided

“The complainant’ s sister noticed and the accused was challenged. Her bag was searched and N60,000 in different dominations was found.

“Another N 3,000 was found separately but the accused confessed that she stole that N 3,000 from another wedding before coming to the complainant’s, ” he said.

After this revelations, the accused still pleaded not guilty. What is wrong with the Nigerian Legal System self?
