Afro-beat musician, Dede Mabiaku has reconciled his rift with the Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.

Recall that the duo had a heated argument on a talk-show held on Lagos Talks viral 91.3FM recently, in which Dede angrily walked out in the middle of an interview claiming he was insulted and disrespected by Adesina, who was also a guest on the same programme.

Editors of Nigerian mercenary newspapers houses are somehow flabbergasted by the new realities thrown at them by several online media outlets .. So much so that some of them react in ways that are totally uncouth or downright stuupid. Adesina and his gang along the Lagos -Ibadan expressway used to control what we hear, read or watch on daily basis. They did so for ages. . . Then came the private TVs , the private radio stations, online sites and all that and before their very eyes, their autocratic hold on the dissemination of news items was flagrantly wrestled away from them and given to the man on the street. That reality has never gone down well with most of them.. Some have chosen to stay in their editorial rooms to wail and gnash their brown teeth, while others who criticized any government in power just to draw the attention of somebody in government in order to be given a lucrative post, started to use their new positions to snarl like wild dogs at whosoever criticized their pay masters. . The Nigerian guild of editors need to be disbanded, the ownership of major Nigerian news outlets by corrupt politicians need to be checked.. If what we have seen with Reuben Abati and this Adesina are anything to go by, Nigerians need to start to worry about the level of monumental corruption that pervades the editorial houses of major news outlets that shape the tone of social discuss in this over traumatized country.

The opposition is riddled with die-hard thieves rampaging kleptomaniacs..... Daura at DSS has tons and tons of dangerous intelligence on all of them and they know.. Keeping quiet saves them from arrests, prison and shame. Immediately Olisah Metuh, Abati, Dasuki and co were reigned in, others quickly took note and cowered.. That was how PDPs haphazard attempt at opposition politics fizzled out ..
