Protesters are reportedly seen at the front of the NigeriaHigh Commission UK demanding for a 5 Minutes speech from President Buhari. It is likely that they want such so as to allay their fears of his rumored death or to put pressure on him concerning the state of the nation's economy. Protest is currently on in some states in Nigeria concerning same issues. The President has extended his stay in London due to reasons best known by the Presidency.

shehu garba just said that buhari is in no hospital but in the Nigeria High Commission. If so, then i see no reason why he shouldn't address the crowd protesting there.
