Nigerian vehicle owners don't even have to take their vehicles for road worthiness tests. This will continue to happen for as long as government doesn't take steps to impose the road worthiness test in the case of Nigeria public transport and trucking companies , monthly and also to punish anyone whose truck is found wanting 1 Like 1 Share |
