You can not really practice food hygiene when you have limited knowledge of what that means, the only way to live happy and maintain good health is by practicing simple food hygiene. Food hygiene/safety are sum up into these four categories which ar: 1. cleaning 2. chilling 3. cooking 4. cross contamination.
