Governor Wike of Rivers state yesterday hosted acting President Osibanjo to banquet after a Town Hall Meeting.Also in attendance were Gov. Udom and others.

The number of events, dinners, thanksgivings, banquets wike has hosted, the money is enough to pay every rivers man 50k each. Yet those hungry touts and worshippers who call themselves rivers people continue to say wike for life.

I said it before and i'll say it again.

If Buahri decides to stay back in Uk ( and be answering calls) and gives Osibanjo free hands to lead us, Cases of pipeline bombing will be reduced to its barest minimum. We may even get to 2m barrels per day before dec 2017.

This is how to build bridges. This is how a good leader leads an ethnically diverse nation as Nigeria

Everybody working at cross purposes.
Wike is trying to have an ally in Aso rock seeing as Buhari, daura and Amaechi have marked him down as a thug, bribe giver and cultist. Daura even threatened to deal with him.
Osinbajo is trying to please the people of the ND irrespective of their political affiliations and perceived crimes. He's bending down back a lot, I'm sure to the charging of everyone in the FEC that has a grouse with Wike. I'm sure Osinbajo convinced Amaechi to accompany him on the trip. Osinbajo, unlike Buhari, wants to compromise for the sake of placating the people of the ND in general.
Amaechi will be very disappointed in the VP because he's already been able to convince everyone, including Buhari and Daura and even the IGP, that Wike is bad news. He'll feel the VP is pulling him back and "scattering" his work.
