Most states are not giving a dine except for the health personnels.
Ekiti, Kaduna, Akwa Ibom and all others wont add a penny to your income should you b posted to the state government departments.
For Health personnels, Kaduna, Kano and most northern states, then Ekiti , Ondo and Lagos(for PP) will moderately compensate you. Just dont go to Akwa Ibom; River State is cool too.

No. one stream leave another stream enters. If Batch16A stream 1 leaves then 17A stream1 resume camp; so also for stream11and Batch B.
