A lot has been written on Nairaland about the inefficiency of Arik Air Ltd. However, with the recent take over by AMCON and change in the management of the airline, one would expect that Arik would communicate better and treat customers fairly.

Arik recently suspended long haul flights and yet chose to communicate via the media instead of sending email and text messages to customers. A lot of customers are daily trooping into London Heathrow hoping to travel only to be told at the airport that Arik flights have been suspended. This is wickedness as the customers are often stranded having not made alternative arrangements and with their funds trapped.

Please let us bring this to the notice of the new management of Arik.
