On what grounds do the judges make these funny judgements? How can someone impose himself as chairman with some silly legal brohahha? Was that man ever elected as the party chirman? Why should it be so impossible to remove him?

This is not the decider. This is the semi-finals, there is a court called Supreme Court of Nigeria that is the court of last resort..

I really think that the mainstream PDP is handling this case with kids glove. It's high time they stood up to this stooge and rock the boat if it cmes to that. How can they be so timid and naive watching a greedy APC stooge hold the party to ransome? A party they worked so darn hard to build. You know, I'm begining to suspect that the old south-west PDP bloc - especially OBJ - are the ones inflating the ego of that annoying man.

It's only in Africa that I see peoope going to court and buying cheap judgements just to clinch to a leadership position. In sane countries folks resign when it becomes clear that they have lost influence over the majority of the people they are meant to lead.

wetin concern APC here, did you not hear sheriff story, na jeje he sit down for im house, dem say make he become chairman.

Those who went to sheriff's house to beg him should be held responsible but unfortunately they are the heroes of a dead pdp.

I just hope that the court gets to correct the mistake of Wike and Fayose, today. How they played into APC's hand by giving that Boko Haram the national mandate of the largest party in Africa, still baffles someone.

Your argument is irrelevant. They "begged" him to come and complete the term of his zone - which he already did. No one begged him to go to court to perpetuate his stay on the position. You guys should stop supporting evil. The man is not wanted by the majority of PDP stake holders and loyalists. It's unethical for any court to impose him on the party.

I think the judgment is OK, How can chose the originator of PDP crises to be your leader,We need a calculative person to Lead PDP, not Famous.

were they not aware of his antecedents before they went to beg him, even some APC leaders were using style to speak sense into PDP when sherif emerged but they accused APC back that it was because sheriff will be too strong for APC.

PDP did themselves in and its too late to cry over spilled milk. If somebody is not truly wanted, he will not be begged in the first place.

I'm so sure that you undestood that the judgement was baseless. So no need for the back and forth.

the judgement only looks baseless cos it does not suit you. was there even a National convention in the first place, who chair the convention that brought markafi in. truth is there was never a legitimate pdp leadership beside sherif and most pdp members know this. They just wanted sheriff out through the backdoor. Let's keep sentiments aside and be honest, has PDP chosen a new chairman?
