The current world order has the 5 allied world war countries- including Russia sharing the loot thieved from everywhere else in the world. Russia does NOT want a new world order. So what are the West and their cold war parter upto this time round?

A new world order is here, but Russia is an important part of the old order. Anything with the allies of the first and Second world wars as the leaders is a scam and a weak attempt to stage a comeback.
