ask4double: Why the so much clamour for the show... this shows how deeply disengaged and polluted the minds of men had become. If Christ should come now I wonder how many would make it! |

freeborn76:Thanks for this statement. I just wonder why they're all so worried and concerned about a program that isn't compulsory for all viewers. |

Hypocrisy. Anyone that sees him talking will think he is responsible. You that is chasing girls up and down including the one in Ogba area. Just keep quiet. He takes advantage of girls b4 helping or giving them jobs. A married man that keeps chain of girls including the current yellow lady. Just shut your mouth. Do you think Nigerian are gullible. You lack moral to speak for people. |

anonimi:directly or indirectly the government is involved, yes I know you watch the show but i indulge you to do the thinking as well, i can't remember saying BBN alone , or is BBN the only aspect of entertainment?,the fact is third world countries should sit their asses up,instead of investing in only things that revolve round sex, food and sex |

They do some immoral things on the show but we have a choice:to watch or not to watch. Just like i see people stealing/prostituting/doing cyber crime/rituals and have money but i hv a choice:to do or not to do.i think we should learn to live like Job who said .....i hv made up my mind....Generally,morales are decaying,we can only control ourselves not to do certain things as long as we are still in this world. 2 Likes 1 Share |

freeborn76: Is the show morally right or wrong for crying out loud? Why in the world will people be clamouring for such implicit programme to be aired for viewers to watch with Nigeria name registered on it. The youths of this days are so crazy. How does this bring change to your life or what effect do you think it has on our generation and the one to come? |

2dugged: Government is simply the people that elect and/or ALLOW it administer their affairs and appropriately reflects their dominant values at any given time. What are you, your friends and relations planning to do with your 48 hours this weekend Is it not mostly about sex, food and praying/dancing in the mosque/church/shrine asking God to descend to fix our man-made problems? That is why the politicians take us for fools also. www.nairaland.com/attachments/4284749_fbimg1474050978374_jpeg39ff755f5e96523b18d624dde1a019a0 www.nairaland.com/attachments/4138528_fbimg1471362711749_jpeg32428b294a57b4debde63e3fd7301227 1 Like |

OUR LEADERS SHOULD PLEASE READ THIS How do you not realize the opportunity of educative potential a show like this could bring? Rather than clamour for the show to be aborted, why don't you contact the organizers with sponsorship so you could include some useful ideas which would help improve the general psychology of the Nigerian viewership? Also, do you know how many people watch BBN globally? They are learning things about Nigeria on the daily. So why not utilize this chance to improve what they think of us? Why not sponsor some creative tasks on the show that Nigerians could learn from? Why not ask them to have a Nigerian Day in the house where the Housemates could each take turns to say 10 things they love and miss about Nigeria? Why not send the housemates various traditional items or attires and ask them to culture-swap for a day or two to promote our culture and unity? Why don't you play them video clips of our National Heroes and how they worked so hard for our country? How they were honoured? And how people who emulate them would also be honoured? Not only would these promote unity and patriotism among the housemates in the house, the viewers would also be bought in on these core values. I am seriously depressed our leaders dont know how to use the show to our advantage. Also, back home, why dont you concentrate on stopping the mass retrenchment of our hardworking people or provide your graduates and citizens with well paying jobs and maybe they wont be so desperate to do anything on the show for the 25 million? Even if you cant provide jobs, why not make the environment safe and conducive for entrepreneurs to thrive? Most of the housemates are very talented entertainers but there's one thing they lack in common, exposure and capital. How would they be exposed when most people in Nigeria do not watch tv or internet videos due to electricity and internet accessibility challenges? How do they keep money for their business when too many fraudsters and robbers roam the streets stealing the resources they need to effect their hustle? Isn't it only natural to imagine how business-unfriendly Nigeria is, that prompted the organizers of BBN to locate it elsewhere? How then do you expect the entertainers to thrive in same environment? What have you done to improve the security and electricity situation? If there's nothing else you have learnt from the show as members of the House of Assembly, at least the mere effect of the suitable environment for growth the house has on the housemates should be a lesson Nigeria could learn from and start working harder to replicate a similar environment nationally. I have seen these housemates improve day after day in the house, honing their skills and growing their talents, because they feel safe, they have 24/7 electricity in the house to be effective with the technological resources at their disposal and believe they are exposed to global viewership that also have electricity 24/7. Even one of the housemates admitted this to the others. I could go on and on, but i am sad. I have no paid personal advisers but even I know enough to point these out to leaders who are supposed to teach me about maximising opportunity for National growth. 1 Like |

anonimi:we are saying the same thing, but it seems you are the one contradicting yourself, if it were to be an educational show or talent hunt, the prize money will surely not be up to that, that's if you even you get sponsors, i asked before, but you carefully avoided my question, can you tell me how the socio cultural experiment has panned out so far? 1 Like 1 Share |

Pls, bbn is just depicting the true state of how Nigerians behave behind closed doors, and as usual we are being hypocritical about it. Can the person bringing this up swear he doesn't do all these behind closed doors with his concubines both married and unmarried? How many women has he slept with inside his office? How many of his secretaries has he dated? Are his P.As not aware of all the different concubines he has? Don't they go to deliver gallons of diesel fuel weekly like a clockwork to his numerous girlfriends? As if he doesn't enjoy receiving bjs from all the small small girls around him. Meanwhile, those talking about children being exposed to the rubbish on the show, I've very sure there's age restriction. Same way some of our Hollywood movies depict such. Just pay closer attention to your children, and activate the pg control on your DSTV decoder. It was put there for a reason, and there's no better time to learn how to use it than now. Parents should be responsible for their children. 1 Like |

This man just d display his illiteracy in full public glare. Can someone please tell this man that multichoice did not in any way err by televising the BBN show. This is because, it is conspicuously written on the channel that the programme is rated 18. So legally, multichoice is on the right track. Besides, I believe the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation read the content of the BBN script before approving it. 1 Like |
