Arise o compatriots
Nigeria's call obey,
To serve our father land
With love and strength and faith,
The labour of our heroes past
Shall never be in vain,
To serve with heart and might
To build a nation,
Where peace and justice shall reign.
Which stanza appeals to you most in this our national identity? Looking at the way Nigeria is today, which stanza do you think requires our apology. Are we living it or had it been abused.

Can't remember the last time i heard it.
Am almost forgetting the words therein.

Most confusing, our heroes past were selfish. They sold us out and are all selfish - the birth of Nigeria it's self....
