L'pool will always despoil UTD but can never toil with ARSENAL!
TRUE
Arshavin won for ARSENAL

Just a few games ago Arsenal were written off as being 11 behind the leaders. . . .fast forward and Arsenal are 6 points from the top.

My team made me proud today.  cool

If you had a choice to stop a long term injury to one of both . . who would you save Arshavin or Cesc. . ?

Cesc any day any time - If AA23 gets a long term injury, Wenger can cough up dough and buy a striker come January. Cesc is good enough to make any striker look like a million bucks. . . .just look at what he did to Ade's career.  grin

The latter part of the season is going to be very very interesting if the top of the table stays this close. When the games start piling up between CL, League, and FA cup, squad depth is goin to be the big decider. . . I hope Arsenal can hold their own, but Chelsea just seems to be the strongest squad overall (considering they might be making major signings in January)

Well you've said it all then . . May Arshavin have a long term injury in place of Fab4 . .
and the forum says . . .  grin grin grin

Is it not ironic that Arsenal's best player is their most expensive player. . ?
Wenger must be mad thinking he's doing it the right way.
Do you just type cos you like the sound of your own keyboard?
So Arshavin scored today and automatically becomes our best player cos he's expensive. undecided

Where did you put the performance of Cesc and even Vermaleen  undecided

Nice win and Liverpool did not even threaten our goal area per se.And what do we have to say about St.English players.Roovey made Phlep green with envy yesterday and Gerrard was just all over the turf today. How many times did he even spend running or standing?
Re: Liverpool Vs Arsenal [1 - 2] On Sunday 13th Dec by Jaylone(m): 7:15pm On Dec 13, 2009
None of them will have a long term injury, may the forum say,

Come to think of it, Chelsea will have as much as four players out by January. Add injuries then this title race is going to be sweettttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

the only reason they are strong at the moment is Drogba and when he goes to nation's cup, i reserve my comment on that.

Exactly . . . that is why Chelsea are disappointing by not creating more than enough points cushion . . .

Easy on the overreaction - even IF we win our game in hand we're still THREE points behind the leaders. I'd forget about Chelski and focus on getting maximum points between now and January.

This win will mean nothing if we don't dispatch Burnley come midweek.

in the first half the gunners played as if they drank cement mixed with water, this in turn congealed their blood. it was like during the half time they were kept in fire so that the blood could flow well again. thank God we got the result.

I am happy with this win, it was much needed but we need to strengthen our squad.  Its good to have diaby back,
I am doubtful about Almunia's place on the team.  He lacks the qualities we need in a goalkeeper,
we need someone combative however he appears nervous in front of goal.  Personally, i think Denilson is
an average player and we need someone with a cutting edge to fill his role.

Kudos to the team!

Chelsea are by no means the strongest squad overall. . . . .Just say they have been lucky with injuries.
If Chelsea miss 8 of their defenders like United did. . . including Carvalho, Terry, Alex and Ivanovic plus Cech then they will relegate.
Chelsea don't even have 8 defenders so you will likely see Joe Cole and Deco playing as central defenders. grin grin grin
