On Sunday July 5, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the governor of Edo State, will be the guest of Nightshift Coliseum’s Grand House Reception (GHR).


GHR is the flagship programme of Nightshift Coliseum that affords high net worth individuals and political leaders the opportunity of interacting one on one with members and patrons of the club and invited guests with a view to explaining to them how they run the affairs of their organisations and states.


It has in the past hosted the likes of Vice President Goodluck Jonathan, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, ex – Senate Presidents, Ayim Pius Ayim, Adolphus Wabara and Ken Nnamani, former governors Bola Tinubu, Orji Uzor Kalu, Governors Babatunde Fashola, of Lagos State, Sir Ikedi Ohakim of Imo State, Gbenga Daniels of Ogun State, Inspector General of Police, Sir Mike Okiro and former president of the Republic of Ghana, J.J. Rawlings.


Oshiomhole’s reception is unique in two ways; one it is the first to be held this year and the second for a chief executive of a state from the South South geopolitical zone since the inception of the programme almost 20 years ago; and so, the organisers have promised a never seen before Nightshift razzamatazz and glamour.


The reception will also afford the former Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) president the opportunity of sharing with the very influential members of the club and patrons how he has been steering the ship of Edo State.
