The Federal High Court ,Abuja today, 1st March, has dismissed six count charges levelled against Maazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), The dismissed count charges include Count 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, bordering on belonging to unlawful society, illegal importation of radio transmitters and researching on the internet on how to make improvised explosive devices (IEDs) among others. Justice Binta Nyako, the sitting judge noted that the prosecutor failed to place anything before the count to prove the allegations. Note that Kanu will still be re-arraigned on five count charges bordering on treasonable felony.
