Spanish government, have appointed a minister of sex in a bid to improve the declining rates of childbirth which have plaque the country in recent times. Edelmira Barreira was appointed the minister of sex by prime minister Mariano Rajoy. The aim of the Spanish government is to increase the declining rate of childbirth, which is threatening the population of the country, by getting Spaniards to produce more babies. The news is as funny as the postulated reasons behind the possible reasons for not being able to give birth. If eating late at night as well as stress were reasons behind inability to give birth,then Nigeria nay Africa would not be this populated. Lastly i wanna ask:what will now be the duties of this minister/ministry because am not sure orientation was the only reason behind this appointment. |
