UNILAG authorities should know leaders are not groomed in prisons or graveyards where they learn in silence and not considered when taken decisions on issues concerning them. If we are preparing them for the future we need to carry them along by guiding them properly in areas of policy formulation not using intimidation as a form of defence each time they ask questions concerning their welfare.
