you can,
if opera mini (mobile)
- just tap on the picture and the options will pop out,
- select save image.
- check you gallary / download folder for the saved picture

if default browser(mobile)
- after saving it, use a file explorer to open the location of the file
- the rename the save picture extention to filename.jpeg, or .jpg, .png

example the file name of the saved picture is 37fdfj3688fjpghv.047ef
- open your file Explorer to locate it
-press down on the picture to bring out the options you will see rename. then I the file is now 37fdfj3688fjpghv.jpeg

(some phones like blackberry it's property you will select instead of rename option to change the file extention)
