If for any reason I've gotten to the end of my rope and want to go, it definitely will be via a painless, even ecstatic route such as a barbiturate overdose or car exhaust. Drowning is quite a painful way to go. The movies make one believe that one's life flashes before one as one drowns. Horrific. But as a wise dog once said, die na die whether na car accident or cancer or suicide or murder or anything. |

JustinSlayer69: Not an e-warrior, but graveyard humour is just one of the mind's numerous coping mechanisms to deal with inexplicable or overwhelming events. Of course you have to have an above-average sense of humour to both dish and understand it. BTW, God forgives, I don't. |

Two things. It is extremely stupid and really satanic for people that blast people that attempt this thing. I was once a victim of depression (which leads to this act), until a friend refered me to the gym. It worked for me. Other things can equally work for others. It's counselling that deals with this thing, which we should start realizing that it is a sickness. Secondly, let's admit. This government has indeed failed woefully. Think. People that are known survivors are now going on a suicide spree. They survived military government, PDP 's corruption but now.... It's only an unfortunate hypocrite that will deny the contribution of this government to this trend. I have so many workers I tip on daily basis from the business I do. I can't imagine what someone working without extra income, will survive without having issues of depression. 1 Like |

DanseMacabre: The e-warrior part was related to those abusing people who commit suicide. The first line i wrote was the morbid humor part. I can relate to it being a coping mechanism. "Danse Macabre" is one of the few Stephen King books i haven't read. I think it's full of pictures. Seen it before |

JustinSlayer69: Yeah, I understood the dark humour in your post. I thought you were asking forgiveness from the humourless ones who would bash you for it. You're the second person in as many days I'm gonna have to let down on Stephen King being the source of my moniker. The book is one of the few of his I haven't read either. The source of my moniker is the source (I'm almost sure) of the book title: a group within the existential school of thought also called the Theatre of the Absurd. cc Ishilove Hope I'm not disturbing your beauty sleep? |
