But if he happens to be poor, don't you think some people might probably say he should first make himself rich before motivating others?

After about 13 years, I left a well paying IOC primarily with intent on starting my own company as I had a dream that I wanted to bring to fruition. Unfortunately, the business did not fly mainly due to demands for bribes I sincerely felt will compromise my upbringing. Being someone who cannot seat still doing nothing, I dusted myself up and got another job with another IOC. But i'll rather be in business for myself!!

I also left an IOC, my entrepreneurial journey has not been funny at all. Every way i turn, i just seem to meet obstacles from 2 years crazy lease charges in advance, failed promises on facility maintenance agreement... hardly getting the constant light or water they promised.. so many issues, suppliers offering little or no margin, then scammers promising what they can not deliver. Staff disloyalty... How many CCTV camera must i install. Security and safety issues, the lists are endless.But i intend to battle with everything i got... Going back to paid employment would be a tough pill to swallow.
