Looks like an itel phone But I don't know of any itel phone that has 4gb of ram

I am suspecting this to be a fluke because I got hoodwinked by the size of the Ram I am seeing here only to discover the phone to be very slow in processing info always and hangs too often. Is this really 4g?

Infact I also saw the storage size to be 32g until 360 Security gave me the real size.
