The deceased had accompanied a friend to a thanksgiving service at st. Stephens Anglican church, agulu and decided to branch at his family house He was said to have been confronted and subsequently butchered by chigboo who gave a reason for his action as never to have been helped by the deceased as an uncle he is to him.
