It amazes me when i see a fulani man with all the money he acquires from selling his cows still remain the way he is no difference. Fact have it that some of this fulani men have cows that number 100 and above and of course some with lesser numbers. Bearing in mind that a cow cost for as much as 70,000 and above.

he invests it in pleasuring his abuna grin
Re: What The Fulani Man Does With All His Money by Specialist900(m): 8:38pm On Dec 23, 2009
@mrpresdent, all that money on pleasuring his abuna as you said. he doesn't buy a car, he lives inside the bush where he doesn't pay rent, probably he only buys salt to cook with the money. Bear in mind that the cows continue to give birth therefore he doesn't run out of business or cows to sell.

For your info. most Fulani men don't own their stock of herd, what happens is the cow are given to them and a fee is agreed btw owner , either monthly or otherwise. this a job that can last for the life of [a] cow .what goes to the average Fulani man is the daily milk which he extract to sell. i know about all this cos i did a small reseach on the buss.

are you serious? because you see a fulani man with much money with him. you mean those cows are not for them?
Re: What The Fulani Man Does With All His Money by monopolist: 1:25pm On Dec 24, 2009
Some Cow owners pay Fulanis #500 per Week per Cow and this takes care of feeding, Healthcare, Security e.t.c

So if a rich man gives them 10 Cattle to rear he pays them #20,000 Montly which equals a total of #240,000 in one year.

i am just understanding this issue. has anyone ever noticed how a fulani man guides the cows jealously, i saw a situation in which a boy playfully hit one of the cows a fulani man was rearing, come see the rage of this fulani man, he left the other cows and chased this boy for hitting his cow, he chased this guy that he had to dive into a river for his life because this fulani man was not ready to give up the chase. my questions therefore is this: why so much care for the cows when they are not his?

We were told that if a Cow dies a Fulani herds man will weep but if his son die he may not cry.

I believe they own most (over 50%) of the Cattle they rear because they apply the miracle of Compounding to multiply 1 male and 1 female to over 2000 Cattle in about 50 Years or half of a generation time.

They are wise Children of Abraham.

Warren Buffett does the same to his and other people's money.

that was my view because they take care of their cattle more than they do to their children

animal farming isnt as easy as you're thinking.

Ask any farmer anywhere.

Its cash and labour intensive and a lot of hard work.

When you partner with Baba GOD HE provides the feeding, security and multiplication factor for compounding and these makes Animal Farming easier.

Expenditures can be reduced by up to 50% using the Fulani Herdsmen

Interesting theory. Which means Fulani men are cow specialist when it comes to rearing. My question still is what do they do with the money generated

This thread is very stupid. A lot of what has been said in here is not even true. There are Fulani men that own their cattle. Some rear cattle for others, but that is not usually the case. Especially amongst true Fulani we have our own cattle. We love our cattle, cattle is our life, without cattle how does one get milk to sell in the market? how does one make butter? how does one make Kosam? how does one eat beef from time to time?

Cattle is important to the true Fulani. From Senegambia/Mauritania to Central African Republic/Sudan, all Fulani love their cattle.

I had an interest in the cow biz some time ago and did a little research.its true the fulani rear on behalf of others but the chunk of the cows belong to them.as for what they do with the money, cows are paid out as dowry instead of money,as for the cows sold,i really cant tell you that but during my youth service, there were 9 fulani kids in the school and they were always the first to make any payments.that should tell you something
