Wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari has offered her condolences to former Minister of Science and Technology and former Deputy Governor of Plateau state, Mrs Pauline Tallen over the death of her husband, Elder John Katkwap Tallen, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State, who died on Tuesday morning in Abuja.
