I just finished discussing this issue on another thread about peoples craze for over-qualification b4 i saw your post.
The truth is that with your background, i doubt if you can get anything, not to talk of big job by spending time/resources on ITIL.

First of all, ITIL means Information Technology Information Library, a framework for industry best practices in IT service delivery.  In simple terms, it identifies modalities for practicing IT professionals in an organization to optimize the IT infrastructure to the benefit of the organization and it's customers.

Unless you want to branch into IT and dump your business skills in the mean time, you can see that ITIL will be another waste of time/resources for you.

It's up to you man, what do you really want to be when you grow up
