Wike alleged that there is plan to disrupt the roads he intends to construct in Benue.

My questions are
1. was the road project captured in his 2016 or 2017 budget?
2. was the procurement act followed
3. was due delligence followed

if the projects were not captured in his budget, then the Rivers state House of Assembly, should impeach Wike for misappropriation.
