Some historians speculate that April Fools’ Day dates back to 1582, when France switched from the Julian calendar to the minister of science and technology, says Nigeria will start producing its own pencils in another two years, as part of a wholesale production-sector revamp to be witnessed in the regime of President Muhammadu Buhari.
