Hello fellow nairalanders , Please I want to know if a Christian eats or drink from 12 noon to 5:59am before commencing the 6am to 6pm fasting wrong and why? Is it actually 6 to 6 or 12 to 6? |

In actual sense its 12-6, but commonly called 6-6..... Pls u are expected to take u last by 12am.... Unless u are doing another form of fasting |

Its 12am to 6pm. If it was 6am-6pm den its not a fast because d purpose for which the fasting is done which is to suppress ur flesh is defeated |
