These guys are like less than 0.1% of the population. If we all were guilty of looting public money, then Nigerians would ALL live great lives, instead of the miserable one they find themselves in.

As much as you are right about the actions of these low life looting bastards (and their lifestyle), we can't pretend that everyone in Nigeria live like them. Stealing (and/or expecting things for free) is still the biggest crime in Nigeria

Btw, NOT stealing isn't a crime, its the RIGHT way to live.
