Why don't you do your own research and provide a credible answer?

Your other alternatives include to:
a) wait for the security agencies to conclude their investigations and reveal the rightful owners or charge any offenders to court, or,
b) wait for any one/body to come before the judge who already ordered the interim forfeiture of the humongous cash found in the apartment, to prove ownership of the cash. This process may further lead to the identity of the owner(s) of the apartment itself - whether or not different from those that would lay claim to the stash.

The court hearing for anyone to lay claims to the money before the judge will come up in two weeks, give or take. So, you guys should just hold your horses.
