And yet he is the only pastor of a big church in the world that has the headquarters in a different country from the country of origin.
The Church is worldwide, true. But Nigeria was where it began.
Who knows if it would have been this successful if he started from nothing in south africa, especially when you have xenophobia against Nigerians very high there. But now, he is a big guy, and they are all smiling at him, while they beat his fellow poor Nigerians to death on the streets of southie.
Have some respect for your founding members, damnit. How many Nigerian youths can afford a plane ticket to south africa?

The Hq is still Nigeria. But truth is CE is a global church in every respect with several international offices... Nothing Nigerian about it. The recent Youth Conference in SA had teenagers from 200 countries attend.

Yet, there are very few individuals in this country you can compare with him when it comes to philanthropy: No noise making...yet mind-blowing works done for Nigeria and Nigerians.
