That one is quite small, compared to what we see on a regular basis. Women dey carry things under their clothes, no be small. Yet, they'd be looking radiant as if nothing is happening to them.

I am sure. I have fibroid and I have given birth to two children. Fibroid comes in different forms. Maybe hers needed to be removed. it can still be done here in Nigeria. it is not something she should make a big deal about.
