It shows the company is not organized. I learnt that they recruited some people on temporary basis between July and October. Maybe they want to cut costs.

Nope, I doubt if those guys will continue with that recruitment. They called some people for assessment centre at some point and that was it.

I am thinking its either of two things:

1. They are sending it in batches because they don't want everybody showing up at their office to collect offer letters at the same time.

2. They have sent success mails to all successfuls at once but with varying time/date for offer collection... and the remainders would receive a gentle regret mail after all the successfuls have accepted their offers. They probably are stalling sending out regret emails for the reason that should any of the successfuls reject their offer, they will still have a pool to pick from.

Either way, I sincerely hope the latter is not the case though. It is well.
