INEC Officials in the house,, please answer these questions..

Are the voters allowed to go to the polling units with their video cameras (and photo cameras) and take photographs of the election process while the voting is going on - without harassments from any security personnel for being in possession of camera.?
Secondly, are the voters allowed to privately video or capture with their private cameras, any activity/activities (be it good or bad) that might be going on in their polling units that they found particularly interesting to them.??
And finally,, what are the advantages and disadvantages of allowing individuals to take private videos and photographs while the election is going on.??
