i went to the atm to withdraw 13k and no money came out then i tried again just to find out the money has been deducted...

But i haven't gotten a debit nor credit alert...

please anyone

You will get it back, probably before Monday. Happens all the time. If you don't see the reversal by Monday, go to the branch where it happened and lodge a complaint.
