beans got carbs
unripe plantain got carbs
all cereals( rice, millet, maize, wheat, etc)
drinks( beer, soft and canned drinks got carbs)
yam, garri, semo, cassava, cocoyam etc all carbs.

it's either a malfunction liver or other ailments that may cause LBS if not HBS ti take over.
