Lord this is terrible once some people get behind the wheels of their vehicles the next thing is to speed as if they are crazy. Despite the presence of the police on that bridge you will still see people speeding as if they have a date with death, now see the unfortunate result. Speed kills

So no one among those watching had the number of Rapid Response Crew or an Internet enabled phone to retrieve the number? Smh
