Estranged DPRK, North Korea has launched a second missile test in one week on Sunday, after firing a medium-range ballistic missile that landed in waters off its east coast, US, South Korean and Japanese authorities confirmed.

South Korea government said the missile flew about 500 kilometers (300 miles) from a Pukchang area, in wester North Korea, calling the launch “reckless and irresponsible”.
