Works with MTK devices. If you are on android 5.1, use MTK engineering app to change it. if you are on android 6.0, you need to root your phone ,then use chamelephone app to change it. Or if you don't have root, use Meta 3G app on PC to change it

Etisalat is good no doubt. I use only Etisalat for browsing. Recently, the network appears to be having some problems. Before now, I could browse easily in any part of my apartment but lately, I have to go the window inside the bedroom facing the street to use the Internet. If the problem is not solved quickly, I might try another network. I live in Ajao Estate, Airport Road, Lagos.
