I couldn't create account with my bvn details so I tried applying through the program application page different for that of bvn verification page but before I finish filling up the form, REF ID was displayed. I was surprised cos I haven't even submitted the application. I tried again but while half way, another REF ID was displayed different from the first one, what could have happened please? Way forward.

Yes, that was as at yesterday night till this morning. I only retried few minutes ago(this afternoon) and have been given Ref number but a simpler and different form hence I'm skeptical.

NUBAN account number is it different from my normal 10 digit account number?
Example: FirstBank acc no= 1234567890

NUBAN
This means New Bank Account Number.

its kind of frustrating.... Dint really know wat next to do, have like 3 different REF ID numbers now while unable to do BVN, BANK DETAILS VERIFICATION....What can I do pls

registration successful.. doesn't take me 5mins to fill the form..its a matter of time..reference ID obtained.. to all who are having issues. you got to be calm and patient... I believe the site is undergoing reform and it will accommodate all interested applicants... I was not asked to create username or password. but told to fill BVN,email, nuban account, state of resident LGA, DOB, class of degree,university attended, employment status,NYSC status etc. its not so difficult to do...
awaiting further information as been written in the reference ID printed...

fill it with ur normal first name and surname, just like u registered ur bvn

So what next?

To buttress my question better. Is Okonkwo Genevive Ogechi the same as Genevive Ogechi Okonkwo. Do you term the Surname as the First or Last name going by the new npower portal.
