There has been speculations that there will not be post ume this year, but I must say even till now it is still uncertain if it will be or not to be. Because I dont think schools like (OAU, UNILAG, LASU) etc will want to cancel theirs.
If there is no post ume what do you think admission will be like this year, I mean just pass jamb and bribe somebody and you are in. this years admission will be a survival of the fittest. and I also think various schools will increase their jamb cut-off mark to screen candidates, so i feel for you to be sure of admission this year without post ume you will need to have at least 270 and above in jamb to even stand a chance. and what do u guys think will be the probable jamb cut off points for each course especially Unilag?.

I vehemently believe it should stay,because witout postUME, i wouldn't have been granted addmission. During my postUME @ UNIPORT, u culd have imagined that along the row I sat the exam{about 40 rows},nobody scored less than 249 in their UME,while i battled out to score 226. So what do you think of that? Anyway FOOD for THOUGHT!

to those that are expecting Post Jamb to stop. well it has started in nigeria and i dont think it will come down. ok let bring this statistics, put urslef in the shoe of the school managements, times N2000 by about 9000 students and above that will be writing the Post Jamb stuff in each institution, that money u'r looking at will be enough for the institution to run and service their generator, pay some non-teaching staffs and even sort many issues money can solve in the school just before another post jamb wateva show up by the next year, so i strongly believe no one can delete post jamb, that's the truth but its kindda bitta,

We should not scrap post ume. Post UME has really helped in reducing the number of touts in our universities. If you'd agree with me u'll observe that there is a decline in cultism in our universities. Also the overall academic performance has increased. Agreed, there are problems with the Post UME, one of them being the extortion of students by the various universities, but mechanisms can be established that will curb such problems. Scrapping Post UME tantamount to taking one step forward and two steps backward!!
