So I uploaded a tutorial video created by Google on my fan page on FB. The video talks about how website works because I am a web designer. But at the end of the video caption I clearly stated that the Video and Article was created for Digital skills for Africa by Google. (I have attached a screenshot here) Someone still commented that I have committed a copyright infringement. My question is I never said the video was mine. I gave full credit to the original owners, I only used it as a means of educating people about websites. Even after crediting the creative work to the owner can this still be considered as copy right infringement? I need quick and intelligent response before my a** get sued. Thank you
