Benue popular social activist, Barr. Franc Utoo who was arrested at his Abuja residence yesterday and taken to Force Headquarters Makurdi, Benue state has been released on bail this evening.

He was released on bail after Hon. Hon Avine Agbom, the Benue State House of Assembly Member representing Makurdi North and Comr. Daniel Onjeh served as sureties for him.

Barr. Agbo Madaki, Chief John Akpereshi, Hon. Jonathan Modi, family, friends and other relatives were on ground to rejoice with him after securing the bail.
